We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. To pay online, simply input your credit card number, credit card expiry date, and the 3-digit security code (CVC) at the back of your card on our provider’s payment page.

In the event that your payment is denied, kindly call your issuing bank and confirm if your card allows international purchases.

We also accept payments via bank transfer. You will receive our bank information once you have placed your order.

We will prepare and dispatch your order for shipping upon confirmation of your payment.

We process and dispatch all orders using standard UPS shipping within 48 hours, unless stated otherwise. All orders are processed and shipped during business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST) from Monday through Friday. We do not ship on national holidays.

Customers are expected to receive their orders within 3 to 5 working days. However, unforeseen situations such as extreme weather conditions and incomplete shipping information may further delay the delivery.

We ship our products worldwide, but do note that some countries have strict import regulations that may delay the delivery of our products. We will inform you inform you immediately in the event we learn of any potential delays due to inspection or resulting from the inspection processes and procedures.

Kindly allow an additional 2 weeks of delivery time for orders in Canada. Items shipped from the United States to Canada may require additional delivery time due to tight security and inspection measures.
